Join Chef Quaid Fetkenheuer each month for a five course dining experience where you will not only get to discover these flavors but you will get to indulge your inner chef by learning how it is prepared!

 

Each course will be paired with wine distributed by Johnson Brothers.

 

First Course

Baked Feta

Pear and Dried Currant Jelly / Grilled Crostini / Sundried Tomatoes / Kalamata Olives

 

Second Course

Scallops

Wilted Brussels / Sweet Potato Puree / Pomegranate Vinaigrette / Bacon Lardons / Toasted Hazelnuts

 

Third Course

Frisee and Roasted Pear

Belgian Endive / Honey Dijon Vinaigrette / Bacon Lardons / Red Onion / Candied Walnuts / Cranberry Walnut Bread with Bourbon Walnut Butter

 

Fourth Course

Braised Short Ribs  

Pearl Onion / Grilled Petite Carrots / Baby Fingerling Potatoes

 

Fifth Course

Pomegranate and White Chocolate Cheesecake

Graham Cracker Crust / Pomegranate and Cherry Compote

 

Fee is $55 per person (price includes tax, gratuity and beverage).
