Join Chef Quaid Fetkenheuer each month for a five course dining experience where you will not only get to discover these flavors but you will get to indulge your inner chef by learning how it is prepared!


Each course will be paired with a winter spirit distributed by Johnson Brothers.


First Course

Fig and Lemon Verbena Tea Jam

Duck Confit

Smoked Bleu Cheese / Wilted Greens / Bacon Vinaigrette


Third Course

Seared Salmon

Watercress / Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette / Smoked Curry Carrot Puree


Fourth Course

Bacon Wrapped Pork Roulade

Blistered Vine Tomatoes / Asiago Cheese / Mixed Greens / Roasted Acorn Squash Puree / Currant and Hibiscus Jelly


Fifth Course

Blackberry Tart

Citrus Curd / Meringue / Port Wine Reduction
