Painting Class

It’s time to start painting!
Instructor, Jane Wertanen will lead a painting class at the Lyric Center for the Arts.Have you wanted to take the next step from the wine and paint format and learn about technique, color mixing, and little bit of art history? This is your chance! The subject choice is yours for this class! Jane will help you through it.
The class is in two sessions, Saturdays, January 6 and 20 from 11am to 1pm. This class is for beginning artists. Find more information and register at https://squareup.com/store/
Tuition fee: $35 includes materials; $25 if you bring your own.

Materials list (Available at most arts and craft retailers.):
Basic acrylic paint set, brushes, 1 canvas board each course, small pallet and pallet knife to mix paint.

Class based on “Discipline Based Art Education” methods and includes information on safe materials use in production, elements & principals of art, art history and techniques.
