Project Care Walking Club Kickoff
Commit to be Fit this summer with the 12 week walking club. At the kickoff event, you will have the opportunity to learn the benefits of walking, warm up and cool down techniques, safety while walking and nutrition. You will also have a chance to check your heart rate, blood pressure, weight, BMI and blood sugar. With registration you will receive a walking log, pedometer, T-shirt, organized walks, updates and chances to win prizes. At the end of the program, we’ll celebrate a healthier you!
