Iron Range Job Fair 2024 Breaks Records!

The 2024 Iron Range Job Fair was a resounding success, bringing together over 550 job seekers and 70+ employers, making it our largest attended event ever! Hosted at the Iron Trail Motors Event Center, the job fair provided a unique opportunity for job seekers to explore career options, connect with employers, and take advantage of valuable resources like free professional headshots and resume guidance from CareerForce.

One of the highlights of the event was the HR presentation on AI in recruitment, which gave attendees and employers insights into how technology is shaping the future of hiring. Employers had the chance to meet and interview a wide range of candidates, with many offering on-the-spot interview and hiring opportunities.
