Building Community Over Breakfast Burritos
The March Breakfast Connections event was nothing short of inspiring - and delicious! Hosted by North St. Louis County Habitat for Humanity (NSCHFH) in Virginia, this gathering brought together local business and community leaders to network, learn, and, of course, enjoy a legendary breakfast.
One of the unique highlights of this event was the mouthwatering breakfast burritos made by Nathan and his wife, a special treat that has quickly become a fan favorite. Unlike our usually breakfast spread, these burritos add a fun and memorable twist to the morning, keeping our guests coming back for more!
The Hard Work Behind Habitat for Humanity
Beyond the great food and networking, we had the opportunity to hear about the incredible work NSLCHFH has been doing in our community. Their dedication to provide safe, affordable housing is truly making a difference, and we learned about the homes currently in process and families whose lives will be forever changed thanks to their efforts.
A Unique Opportunity to Give Back
One of the biggest takeaways from the event was learning about the 85% tax credit available to those who donate to NSLCHFH. This means that when you contribute, you get back 85% of your donation in tax credits - making it easier than ever to support local families while receiving a significant financial benefit.
