The Laurentian Chamber of Commerce holds a variety of events on a recurring basis that bring our communities together. The same events help our members, month-after-month, year-after-year, as we continue to celebrate the area, its people and promote business within the region.
Many of our events are open to members and nonmembers alike. The work of the Chamber benefits all businesses within the region. We encourage nonmembers to attend any of our luncheons, education opportunities, Business After Hours, and Breakfast Connections to experience the value of the Chamber.

The Iron Range's single-largest job-seeker event!
The IRJF is a joint-service project brought to you by the Laurentian Chamber of Commerce in partnership with AEOA, CareerForce, JET, Always There Staffing, Hometown Focus, Midwest Communications, L&M Radiator, and True North Stars Perkins Consortium.
With 80+ employers represented across all industries, job seekers at every level will find a variety of opportunities, many employers offering on-site interviews!
Human Resource professionals start their morning with an HR presentation by Arrowhead Human Resources Association.
AEOA provides FREE rides to and from the Job Fair, including the Hibbing-Virginia/Virginia-Hibbing route, courtesy of Arrowhead Transit.
Many valuable services are available to all attendees:
- Mock interviews and feedback
- Resume-building and writing help
- Speak with a professionals for advice on job-seeking
- Professional headshots available to all attendees - job seekers and vendors
- Presentations throughout the day on a variety of topics that are important to the job-seeker
This is a student-friendly event.
Booth registration and sponsorships open in late January. No registration to attend. Open to all!

Each of our events has a dedicated group of volunteers bringing it to life. You do not need to be an ambassador, board member, or have any other formal role in our Chamber in order to volunteer your time to any of our events.
